[ League of Legends ]

League of Legends. This game is like heaven and hell. I had great and funny moments in there, but I also nearly had heart attacks at certain points.

It's all magical and awesome when you're new to the game, and lots of your friends play it. You're all there, together, smiling, walking into the unknown, fighting, improving... I don't know, gaming feelings, right? But once you get the hang of it and you start to understand what's supposedly right and wrong, what do do, or at least what should be done, who are the ones to follow, the ones to avoid... at then it enters its final stage: you'll apply everything even to your own friends. And sometimes... they're bad. Really bad.
So there you are, looking at your buddy list. One quarter of those enjoy just playing the game for, another quarter takes it as seriously as life itself, the third quarter would really like to take it seriously but they can never win an easy match, and your final quarter is about those guys you've met in a certain game from a certain season and you don't even remember why you have them added there in the first place.

Of course, there's the other bright option if you ever decide none of that goes: join the solo queue and get random people to play with you! Just be warned that 95% of them will be angry kids who'll spoil your game if they cannot get their favourite character in their favourite map for their favourite game mode and who'll probably say 'gg' and give up on their first death, not to mention they will never care about what you have to (try to) say, since you're as random to them as they are to you. Such a complex, social mayhem.
I've always been a... 'support' player. That's where I really found the most fun in playing, picking the weak, squishy role that follows people around and try to keep them alive, providing that strategic vision and info where and when you can. It's ten times as fun when people only think you'll be doing that, and you show up with damaging items and smash their puny lives with your weak and weird supporting skills.
And that finally brings us to this drawing! Lulu is a relatively new support champion in League of Legends, and she's probably my second top pick (the first being Sona). The same friend that helped me out with the Banjo cover suggested that I tried drawing non-anime things again, so this was the result.

I also like this one very much. I remember lots of little details went wrong, such as her face, hands and hair... oh, and those strange details she has on her clothes, but when I finished it, the overall image looked fine, at least to me. I still want to draw other LoL characters, but I guess they won't be the next ones for a while.

And here we go, another long story of gaming memories. Thanks for visiting!
